Frequently asked questions

Where is Spartan Drop typically used?

The Spartan Drop folds a television down from a ceiling cavity and lowers it further to suit rooms where the viewing position sits below the ceiling line.

What information should I provide for Spartan Drop?

Provide the television make, model, dimensions, weight and VESA pattern, plus the ceiling-cavity dimensions, finished ceiling level, viewing position, structure and control requirements.

Does Spartan Drop need a specialist installer?

Use an experienced AV installer and licensed electrical contractor. The builder or engineer responsible for the ceiling structure should confirm the support and access arrangement.

Can the configuration be changed for my project?

Screen size, ceiling panels, drop, finish and accessories can vary by model. Send the screen schedule and reflected ceiling details so Ultralift can confirm the configuration.
