We have a back to base 2 year warranty on all of our products...what does this mean!? It means you can purchase in confidence. If our product is faulty then you should contact your installer immeadiately. They will then contact us where we will try and solve the issue. If the product is deemed faulty it should be shipped directly to our address above where we can fix or replace it. Until the goods are received to our loading dock - they will remain property of the customer.
We are proud to say that our products are made by hand to the very strictest tolerances. In 95% of the cases the issue can be solved over the phone - for the rest we act with urgency to ensure you remain happy with your purchase.
